Payments, Shipping & Return Policy

Prices in the online store include VAT for countries within the European Union. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Prices shown do not include framing, unless otherwise stated. Purchases outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept payments with bank and credit cards, MBway, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Products purchased in the online store can be returned within 14 days (EU customers only).

Returns are subject to a return fee (as per shipping table).

I hope my paintings bring you a lot of joy and you are satisfied with them. However, if for one reason or another you do not like the painting/product you bought from the online store, you are entitled to make a return within14 days of arrival.

Works purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return. The right of return does not apply to custom-made works unless they show damage caused by transportation or manufacturing defects. The buyer is responsible for the costs caused by the return (delivery costs according to the price list found on the website). Karla Mag Art is responsible for the shipping costs of returning a product damaged in transit.

A return is only permitted if the product is intact (unless it was already faulty upon arrival) and there are no signs of use. The product to be returned should preferably be packed in the original packaging materials following these instructions:

- Make sure the package is intact.

- There must be no empty space in the package.

- Use foam, styrofoam or bubble wrap as soft inner packaging.

- Strong cardboard or other hard material as the outer packaging, so that the outer shell of the shipment becomes hard. The shipment must withstand impacts and stacking. The buyer must send photos of the product and the finished packaging by email before sending, in order to evaluate and ensure the condition of the product and the durability of the package.

If the product is damaged during the return transport because the packaging instructions have not been followed, Karla Mag Art has the right to deduct the cost of repairing the product from the amount to be returned in part or in full.

When the work has been returned to the sender, the price of the work will be returned to the buyer within 14 days.
